Great contrast and a very interesting array of grey tones. The expression is surprising... I wonder what she saw or what she is thinking. There's a part in the eyebrow that looks a little weird, like if it was missing a piece. I love the contrast of the eye, the dark iris with the bright reflection. The fact that some moles and the skin texture are visible makes the model very human. Well done!
